"Head Office" of a Professional Blogger

Today we are not changing the world and neither claim to revolutionize the web but yes we have changed our mini world and revolutionized our workspace and changing the perception of all parents that our motto of "Transforming Bloggers Into Entrepreneurs" was never just a sugar coated slogan, we meant it and we are proving it today! STCnetwork has transformed from a simple Home ran business to a Commercial Open Market Business. We are officially launching the first Head Office of STCnetwork in Karachi, which is the First Registered Company in subcontinent of Professional Bloggers, which aims at promoting Online Entrepreneurship across the country and globe. This office is Alhamdulillah a successful execution of Phase I of our Mega Plan and with God as the Mentor and our readers as a source of motivation, we are very close to Phase II. Our employees work virtually from different countries and cities and we do make up a good family.

What is the Office all about?

We have been educating over thousands of students, house wives, retirees and jobless on daily basis since consecutive 5 years across the globe and have fortunately transformed several students into Content Writers, SEO geeks, Pro Bloggers, Web developers and Programmers. Today this office is a clear evidence of how correct online earning strategies and hard work can guarantee you a substantial and lucrative income online.

From this month onwards we will be offering web services and web solutions to local clients too and have expanded our development scope to Mobile applications also. Our services and area of interest include:

• Web development
• App Development
• Graphics and Animation
• SEO Auditing & Consultancy
• Web marketing Campaigns and SEM
• Online Business Strategies and ideas
• *Preaching Entrepreneurship through Public Speaking

With this Office we hope to better help our clients and students who are eager to learn more about content writing and online earning mechanisms. Loyal clients and readers would be able to meet us face to face and have a cup of Green Tea with us!

For The Record

Professional bloggers have mostly Home Offices but we needed to step ahead of all and become amongst the pioneers to step into open market as Bloggers and web developers.  To our best knowledge STCnetwork is currently the First Registered Company of Professional Bloggers with a Commercial Office in South Asia and we pay regular income tax and have our company NTN (National TAX Number).

What made it Possible?

I never forget the old days because they keep me reminded of who am I and what have I become and what I need to do next. My parents belonged to a middle class family and they worked day and night so that I could be an educated gentlemen. It is hard explaining every detail of how a small school going guy turned into an entrepreneur today in a field of blogging which was rarely practiced in my country and rarely do anyone knew about it but if there is anything that helped me reach this stage is certainly trust in God, helping people, respect of readers, remaining humble to mentors and consistent hard work despite several ups and downs. Maintaining an online business is tough when you have a bully like Google around =d but it is only patience and dedication that enables you to face it all and still be happy and contended with life.

A saying of the Legendary boxer Muhammad Ali is enough to describe why I always emphasize so much on hard work:

I hated every minute of training, but I said "Don't quit, suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion"

It isn't the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out;
it's the pebble in your shoe

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they have been given than to explore the power they have to change it, impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion,
impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare, impossible is
potential, impossible is temporary,

impossible is nothing.

Surely no success is possible without hard work. Hard work is the only requirement that pleases God irrespective of which religion or belief you follow, whether you are a Muslim, Hindu, Christian or Jew, God blesses almost anyone who steps ahead to bring about a positive change. Striving day and night is the necessity to live for a strong purpose in life, without hard work you have no purpose.

Why was there a need for an Office?

Working from home is really difficult if you are married because the surrounding around you is full of distraction. After my marriage I found it quite difficult to manage work and family responsibilities. You need some peace of mind where you could explore your creativity and be more productive. Therefore I decided to step out and establish an Office which would be a great source of meet up place for Local bloggers and also a source of motivation for newbies.

I also have a Plan B in mind which is sort of a bigger picture and so far this Head Office was the fundamental requirement and Phase I of the Phase II

Office Interior Design

It took me around 20 days to design the interior of Office Space, decorate it with Office accessories like furniture, tool kit, Computer system, Wi-Fi Internet connection and furnish the environment the best I could with soft and pleasing colors, tiling and paint. I hope you like it. See it for yourselves!

Old Home Office and the Distraction!

A 3 years Old Pic of our home office.

Can anyone work in this environment? These little cute monsters would snatch away my Mobile phone, Flash Disks and what not! They would conquer the computer system and would rarely let me touch it unless they have qualified the Game level! ;(

New Head Office

I hope this story of a small man may motivate youngsters to step into Online entrepreneurship and give as much importance to Creativity and self development as they give to Higher education. May you guys have the best of life and be far better entrepreneurs and ambassadors of your life. The future is all about you guys, you just need to keep your trust in God and yourself. Laziness pays off now but hard work has a future payoff so keep working harder and wait for the pleasant hidden surprises that awaits you!

Of course not!

Blogger Help Forum's huge Database, enhanced  Mailing and Chatting environment will  let Blogger users to help each other in Template Customization, Monetization and SEO and offer 24/7 Free Help and Support without waiting for hours. Launching our 3rd Successful Blog!

Its 25th of June and the right time to unveil a new hatched egg in front of you all. The third successful blog of STC Network . We named it Rich Income Ways! Thanks to God and your consistent support, feedback and needed motivation, we are able to launch our third Major Blog project which would aim at introducing new faces in Blogosphere, Freelancing communities and Online Business Industry. This blog is indifferent in niche to our second blog Smart Earning Methods. The major difference is that we could not openly share luxury, lifestyle and success stories of existing entrepreneur and Internet Marketing giants on our Second Sister blog (which is under maintenance) and to fill up this gap we needed a more broader and fresher Domain  where we could openly talk on these trending stories.  Visit Now!

Rich Income Ways!

This new Site is Hosted on Hostgator, built on Genesis Framework and uses the Genesis Focus child Theme. Redesign and development done by us.

The blog aims at educating specifically 4 important people going through a different life circle and these 4 people are:

1. Students

2. Housewives

3. Jobless

4. Retirees

1. Students

I was a student myself unless someone had guided me the right way with their precious tutorials and helpful guide I would be no where today. I learnt the fundamentals of Online business from students of my age and not from those Online Marketing Liars out there who keep on bragging about helping you with entrepreneurship ideas but they do no good except motivating you with their baseless stories and forcing you to revolve around their circle and finally either download their free eBooks (for self promotion), join their sponsored Products or ultimately purchase their final output.

There is no short cut to Survival be that offline or Online

As students ourselves, we understand how hard it is to make a living online when you have zero investment in hands and tons of academic tasks on your head. Therefore to share the best available practical earning strategies, we are contributing online and share all these tips based on our personal experience and practical implementation of every simple method. Whether we talk of content Writing, Freelancing, Graphics Designing, Talent selling, Commissions or share Job Resources we aim at presenting you with every possible rich Income Methods possible online.

2. Housewives

Married women who browse online from their homes and have their husband credit Card in their hands are first victim to these Online Monsters. Roughly Millions of dollars of Fake Work-From-Home Scam advertisements are done on Adwords, Facebook and other networks just to make sure these women are convinced and forced to follow an email list that starts with free promotions but ends with a Product sell. If a Marketer is able to attract even 1000 new credit card holders out of 1 Million people who signed up for an Earning or Traffic formula which costs $50/sale, he is able to push in $50,000 into his Bank each month using his Automatic Email Delivery system!

Do you know how much it costs to attract 1 Million on Facebook alone?

If the advertiser has optimized his Ad well and optimized it for Page Clicks not CPM then it would cost him less than $3 per 1000 clicks. Which means just $3000 US Dollars for 1 Million targeted visitors! Believe it or not, it is even cheaper on some other Ad networks. Once the visitor hits their landing page, their fantasizing videos, words play and Fancy graphics play well to blind them completely and force them to join the list. Thus a total $47,000 Free cash straight in their pockets. Its happening everywhere if you open your eyes..

Internet Marketers know well the growing boom in Online shopping and ease of Payment transaction and they try every possible method to force you into a transaction. Since women and hopeless unemployed graduates are an easy target, they easily get into the trap. Thanks to Paypal, MoneyBookers and Payoneer, Internet scams have become even more easy!

In order to educate youngsters and especially women with all these Fake Money Making Engines and Traffic Formulas, we will be sharing tutorials to make them identify the good from bad and use their cooking, embroidery, Fashion or any home skill that they may have to start making handsome money online.

Practical Example:

Last year I met Sanjana, a housewife from India and with an addiction to Indian Sarees and Indian Jewelry collection. Our job was to guide her through A-Z of content Marketing, blog development, Search Engine Optimization and turning her home skills into an Online Business. Luckily based on the tips and services we offered, Sanjana is now running two popular blogs for free on blogger with traffic that has even left behind MBT! She is now making enough income through AdSense and Online clothing and Jewelery Services to help her family live a well cherished life. She is now a happy STC Network Customer for the past one year.

If sanjana can do it so could you. All that we request you is to read the articles well, practice the tips next and keep experimenting with a lot of patience because there is never a quick free lunch online!

3. Jobless

I am sure you know this term well. With growing recession and lack of Jobs due to over population and increased competition, graduates and youngsters are frequent victims of this phase of life. Jobless is every word that you hear on TV, Newspapers and Online. Again since these people are half broken inside and have often lost hopes in good income, they can easily be fooled to suck the remaining budget out of their lives by forcing them to Scam Earning Mechanisms.  The reason why we never link or talk of those big fishes online that you hear of everyday is because we honestly don't respect them. We are in blogosphere since 2008 and we have kept a close watch on their Online campaigns and especially email lists and tweets.

Now its time these potential and skill youngsters be taught with practical methods of exhibiting their skills and to get a much better life online.  But note! there is no space with us or anywhere else where you ask for a quick success mechanisms. Hard work is all that counts here.

4. Retirees

We all have grandfathers and we know how bad it seems when they are paid an average retirement income which is 40%-50% less than their Normal Working wage. Yes that sucks badly. Most of these adults have rich resource of knowledge base or I should rather say a river of Precious Experience. We have communities Online where they can utilize their skills more productively. They can record consultancy videos and spread them online through YouTube or paid Video broadcasting Services. They can share their real estate ideas, authorship ideas, Forex or Medical tips and what not? Most of our customers even include famous writers, University professors and Novelist. What we suggested them were to publish their Press Releases, Written documents or Text Books online and turn every chapter into an online web page in order to let the crazy Search bots crawl and index these great learning resources. In return they can put ads on their site to turn every new visitor into cash!

Internet is booming tremendously and what it lacks is qualified and skilled contributors like these 55-60 years of age Golden folks. They are the first to contribute to Wikipedia!

We will try our level best to help them make best use of their existing skills on all our network blogs.

Why Success Stories?

We will often talk of luxury, lifestyle and net worths. The purpose behind this is not to motivate you to fantasize a life of celebrities or the Rich but to make you realize that they were also just normal middle class members of the society like us. It was only a matter of 1-2 years of hard work that pushed them to where they are today. So benefiting from their ideas and strategies is what that counts more.

We publish even about luxury and Lifestyle in order to give some entertainment to our readers but we never aim at making you dream of such wastage of money! Sometimes you need off-topic stuff to keep your readers active and entertained.

STC Network Team

I must inform everyone that we now have two new members in the family:

Need to hear you!

My sole purpose behind launching new sites is always experimenting with new platforms, tools and playing with growing changes in Search algorithms. I am a student like you and I learn things by trial and error and prefer remaining noob when it comes to learning. Whatever I learnt so far, I will post them in coming weeks. I don't know what is coming next but with trust in God and in friends like you, I am sure we have a better stop ahead. I have kept even a bigger surprise for MBT users and this new project will be launched before coming EID inshAllah. It's a complete new CMS built and developed for our blog users and it has nothing to do with Wordpress or Blogger. This new idea is the most unique and I am sure it will entertain the readers more.

PS: Please don't forget visiting this new blog and make sure you like its Fan Page to show your love like always! :)

Wish to here precious views and suggestions of my beloved MBT readers below. Peace and blessings buddies. :)

Exams Over! Celebrating Over 58,000 Readers

Its tough being a final year B.E student and yet running blogs. Exams for some may sound horrible but it means a complete two months deadlock to my online activities. I just can't express how great I am feeling at this moment, talking to you after several weeks. It felt more like missing my great family and friends. Internet and technology waits for no one, during my absence I observed tremendous developments across major platforms from Blogger till social Media. I was shocked today when I saw the new layout of Google+ Profiles. Changes are going fast at Google side. Amazingly they have even integrated their comment Plugin with BlogSpot blogs. But what amazed me more was looking at STC Network's two months traffic Analytics and Ranking Details. Unfortunately Alexa for MBT has dropped from 4K to 6K but the good news is that readership has taken a whole new turn out. We are now a big community Alhamdulillah with a loyal readership of over 58,800 Readers  which is indeed a great news for all MBT readers and the team.

We have started getting great public  exposure and have been invited by several renown local universities this year for conducting sessions on "Internet Marketing, SEO and Blogging". Buddies all this was only a dream without your kind support and continuous feedback. I am whole heartedly thankful for your consistent motivation through emails, comments, Home visits and telephone calls. Love you always! :)

Increase in Readership

Readership has always remain one of the fundamental ingredient of a successful blogging career. It's the following that helps you to reach your goals and work hard even better. People track blogs using different sources thanks to growing development in Web technology. They are no more limited to RSS subscription or atom feeds.

Following are some ways you can keep track of our delicious tutorials, plugins, updates and creative piece of resources coming this month.

18,900 Subscribers: Subscribe Now! Email | RSS

25,164 Facebook Fans: Like Us to join the club

4,320  Twitter Followers: Follow our tweets

2,348   Google+ Followers: Follow us on Google+

5,707    Google+ Profile: Follow my personal Profile!

1,400  Friend connect followers

What are the things I will do first?

The blogs were under mild management for over two months and they have gathered enough dust that needs some serious cleanup. Following are things I often do whenever I get back to work after a long time:

• Blog backup: I periodically make a backup of Wordpress and Blogger blogs on daily and weekly basis respectively. Read:? Backup Wordpress Database and Files
• Checking Email Accounts: I am really lazy at checking emails during exams so this is one of the first things I do. Since I maintain three email accounts so it becomes necessary to keep a close look at all of them.
• HD backup: I backup all files on my Hard Drive into a safe portable Storage Device to ensure I have a safe backup of client resources, blog resources and personal data incase of Hard disk failure. For this I use a 500GB PassPort USB Disk
• Traffic Strategy:  I discuss monthly list of trending topics with my co-authors and guide them on how to make proper use of Keywords and optimize their posts well. Great focus is given on basic SEO and SMO
• Fight spam: Both at blogs and Inbox. Spamming blogs have increased so much that we were force to start coding a plugin for this and I will release it this week inshAllah.
• Read my Favorite list! To recharge myself with all the latest developments happening at social media and blogosphere, I visit and read my favorite blogs.
• Schedule Orders: To server readers and clients parallelly I have to maintain a close relationship with both. for the past three months, I unfortunately failed to serve my lovely readers due to Engagement and Exams. Forgive me buddies :)
• Prepare Resources: I love to code, Design and craft for my readers. This month my head is popping with a lot of ideas! :p
• Buy domains: During every vocations I start experimenting with different domains in order to understand the fluctuating behavior of I-Market and search engines. I rarely sell them but keep them secret before they are grownup enough to be shared with you all. So it's a hint buddies that few surprises are on its way again :)
• Pay bills: Normally I pay on annual basis for Web hosting, Themes and some software tools but Ad campaigns require a monthly checkup to ensure I have paid for solo Ads, contextual Ads and Search ads on time. I often do it for clients who are using our lifetime PPC/CPM service Package.

What were the exams all about?

Time wasn't easy for me this time. Engineering is tough and demands both time and effort. The papers I attempted this semester (7th semester) for my Computer and Information System Engineering Program were:

1. Artificial Intelligence
2. Parallel Processing
3. Computer System Modeling
4. Operating systems
5. VLSI

I am a back bencher and spend most of the time online and attend classes rarely, so for a lazy student like me, preparing for papers during the 11th Hour is surely no less than a nightmare :p

What were you guys up to?

I haven't talked or seen you guys for months so I would really appreciate getting to know your whereabouts. Share all your online experiences, achievements, and even exciting nightmares! I am free for a month now and would reactivate the kitchen Recipes soon. I have some tasty and delicious recipes along with resources this time so make sure you don't miss any! Peace and blessings buddies always :)

Looks like I am No More Single! :)

I was 18 years of age when I stepped into online business and then the kind community here never let me look back for a second. I am not sure how many memories have we cherished together, to make this happy journey more favorable, lets add a new memory to our diary. Its 10th of January, YEAR 2013, and I am pleased to make it official that "I am happily tied now! ;)" Looks like the promise I made during the presentation at PACC got fulfilled today evening.  A big party awaits you all and I am  thankful to God Almighty that I could share yet another precious occasion of my life with you all. Love you buddies always and forever! Thanks for turning this normal kid into a normal Man. :)

Thank you a million times for the sincere prayers, love, respect and dozens of ConGoZzz left on our social media fan pages. All your emails, telephone calls, Texts and continuous flow of lovely comments made this day even more splendid! I will get back to you all as soon as I am done with family formalities.

Kindly don't ask me for the bride's name or pictures, just know that she outstands me in every manner! :p

The Terrible Exams are Finally Over!

It feels like someone has dragged me out of a big mountain. I feel like I am literally breathing again! I called it terrible because they really were terrible! :p I am pursuing B.E in Computer and Information System Engineering and just attended exams of 6th semester, 2 more semesters to go after which (Graduation) I would have enough time to groom STC Network. As a student its tough to look after an online business which demands both time and care. Working online today with an increasing competition and rapidly changing moods of online traffic, you can not let your blogs run on auto-pilot mode even if it is managed by your employees. Exams for me mean a complete 40 days ban on all online activities. No clients, no engagement with readers (through blog, fan pages, phone calls or email), no product promotion, no posting, no technical learning, no innovation and no implementation of developed skills. It does not only effect the revenue but also skill productivity.

I am extremely thankful to our co-author Qasim who managed both the blogs on my behalf because both Nida and I were having exams so could not work effectively. I would also thank all our readers who maintained visiting the blog and kept motivating the authors. Since I am free now, I will be sharing what I have planned for this winter and would also suggest some tasks to those of you who are also on their academic vocations.

Do Exams cause Business loss?

Of course they do too badly!

This month, one of the biggest opportunity that I lost was utilizing the benefits of the Black Friday Discount Tsunami everywhere starting from web hosting companies, eBook marketing, social media services, merchandise and what not.  Sales this year were as much as 50%, which is the best concession one could get in order to buy a new webhosting and share some great benefits of the sales with friends and readers. This one day of Discount Tsunami was an excellent period for web Marketers to invest and multiply the coins. I wish all the best for those who acted quickly on it and made good use of the sales both for themselves and their following.

Another great loss were the product reviews, web services and SEO consultancy. Providing SEO advises and technical help via Skype is something that I frequently do and we started this service 7 months ago as a separate package and it feels great to help most of our readers this way.  Due to tough Exam schedule I had to abandon it temporarily for 40 days but fortunately I am back on duty now.

In short a business gets effected in every aspect during exams unless you have prepared for it with careful planning. To understand how to manage a blog during exams do check the following post which has some great tips and recipes:

• Read: Managing a blog during exams - The Recipe

For a complete list of the services we offer please visit: MBT Services

What are the plans?

Since I am free for a month with no studies, I will be working on some new scripts and would try to improve my skills of PHP and Jquery development. I will be sharing more plugins and widgets to help you customize your blogs as much as possible. My main focus would be readers this time with no intention of taking new projects. I will try to receive as much queries as possible and help you with your problems the best I can. I will make sure to design some new templates, icons and buttons and avail them on free download. We hope to have great time working together as usual inshAllah.

How can you Turn your Vocations into Income?

For those of you who wish to start an online career. I think vocations are a great advantage in turning this wish into a golden future. You may utilize this time by learning and implementing. The more creative you become, the richer you become as a recourse to the online community. Internet is an open and generous space for all those who wish to contribute by working hard. The only requirement for a lucrative income online is quality skills. The better you work on your skills the better you contribute and higher you get paid.

For starters and even those who are following us for long we would suggest the followings:

Blogger Dynamic Templates Now Customizable

Previously you guys read, "Should you enable Blogger Dynamic Views" here at MBT. The Dynamic templates are new templates designs, that were made available to apply to Blogger blogs, recently. As oppose to normal templates (the default ones), these dynamic templates are quite advance aesthetically, but lacked quite a few features, that we are used to.

Many users felt that the templates were not customizable at all. As the new dynamic templates were a new feature that was introduced, it had a long way to go to meet user expectations. Blogger blogs are quite famous for their ability to be customized, by the feature, Edit HTML.

Many people believed that the new dynamic templates lacked that too. So recently, Blogger announced a couple of good news for Blogger fans. Though we still don't have the Edit HTML option available with us, for the Dynamic templates but still, we can at least say they are customizable to some extent, after the addition of few more fruits from Developers at Blogger.

Now you can change the colors and stuff for the templates. The background image can also be replaced. Blogger dev team says that they would soon introduce the widgets part to the dynamic templates, that we presently miss a lot. Also by navigating to the Template section (from Blogger in draft version), we get to see an disabled 'Edit HTML' option. We hope that gets live soon too.

Blogger team says :

Using the Template Designer, you can now modify your background, fonts, or colors, and add a custom header image like we did on Blogger Buzz
(just make sure its 65 pixels high). If you dont fancy yourself a web
designer, simply choose from one of the suggested themes that we
provide.

So in an all, folks at Blogger are working hard to provide all those benefits, that we enjoy with custom templates for Blogger.

Will you switch to the Dynamic suites if Blogger introduces Widgets and Edit HTML feature? Lets us know through the comment section below.
